I was very satisfied with the accommodation. There is only one thing that I found really unnecessary: leaving any kind of ID as a deposit for the Key-Card. Other facilities where I've been so far do not require this. Not a huge deal however.

Really easy to get to (right by a metro station), staff were excellent/very helpful and spoke perfect English, the dorm was big and clean with a great bathroom. Only downside is no breakfast (but you're on the same street as several supermarkets so it's no big deal), and the fact that we couldn't get wifi in our room and had to pay to use the computers downstairs. Also it doesn't exactly have much character due to being so big and new, but it was still a good place to stay.

I think that for around 20 euro a night, a free breakfast would be standard, charging 3.80 seems a bit stingy. Other than that, great hostel. The bar is always packed with great people to chat and party with. The staff are super friendly and the free wifi on ground floor is reliable.

This Wombats pales in comparison to its Berlin counterpart. First, the Wombar is squirreled away on the ground floor outside the lobby. Very lame for atmosphere, and it gets very hot in there with no ventilation. They turn the crappy music up so loud that you can't converse with other travelers, which is supposed to be the point. Also, the washers/dryers waste money b/c they're inconsistent and useless. This place has potential but needs much work on its character.

A nice place to stay, but personally I wasn't prepared for the sheer size of it (quite impersonal if you are travelling alone), and all the school groups. The rooms were very clean though, and the free drink was nice. Bit of a trek from the rooms to the kitchen, and wifi in the rooms would definitely be valued. Also there were signs everywhere saying quiet after 10pm, but I had to shut the window as the Wombats Bar was blasting music long after that, not sure how that works! Great staff too.

What we really really enjoyed here were the big and light rooms. There is enough space for you and your luggage also in a dorm to feel comfortable. Furthermore the hostel was really clean and the location at the Naschmarkt is quite good.

The best showers!!!!! Great staff and great facilities. It's a big hostel so lacks that small hostel charm, but it's a comfortable place to stay. Good yummy cheap food over the road at the Nachmarkt too.

Location - 2 mins walk away from Kittenbrugengasse station and 5 mins walk away from Karlplatz station. and one can walk in 10 to 15 mins to Inner stradt area which is more or less the main are both historical and party one. The best part is 2 super market on its side and Naschmarkt bang in front, the food there is awesome just goto the market and you will be surprised.. definately the place if you are young and if you are in group. The staff and cleanliness are excellent, the bar is superb

Very clean, and you get a real mattress and pillow to sleep on. Cheap beer at the wombar and everyone are downstairs for wifi. Great place to meet people. Cafe Sperl is nearby and great to chill out. Metro is just 2 minutes away, or most sights within 20 mins walking distance.
