One of the hostel's 2 toilets was having issues (not flushing, and was a "squat" toilet besides) and eventually an "out of order" sign was put up. Definitely inconvenient having only one toilet for everyone at the hostel. Other than that, the staff were courteous, the hostel was nicely decorated and clean, and the terrace is beautiful.

I just love it! Really nice reception, clean room and bathrooms, really comfortable athmosphere. The garden is simply amazing. Can't imagine better place to sit and chill out in the evening. I will definitelly come back!

A very nice place to stay in Xiamen. The only problem is that having only one bathroom (plus anothet Chinese style toilets with no soap) is somewhat inconvenient, especially if the hostel is full (which luckily was not the case while we stayed ).

I enjoyed my stay there very much. The staff, although not everyone spoke English, were hospitable and helpful. I definitely recommend this specially for young adults who are traveling.

Nice house, nice garden but the rooms are so so especially the bathroom. The pictures are better, so we were a little bite disappointed.

Location's poor. Great staff & atmosphere!

Stayed for 3 nights. Overall it was a OK stay. You get what you paid for. No shampoos, body wash, hair driers, etc. The hostel has got a nice small garden-ish thing. I liked that. It would have been much better place if the staff provides more information and etc. They seemed always busy sitting in front of their computer and doing something.
