We were staying at the apartments at Quinta Avenida, everything was just perfect! The staff are very very kind and helpful. If we ever have the lucky chance to visit Playa del Carmen again we would stay there. Just one minor comment for future guests, the apartment where we staid had no curtains in the kitchen, so people at Restaurant Los Rancheros could perfectly watch us, it would be nice to have more privacy ;)

The staff at this hotel are super helpful and friendly. Always willing to help and offer advise! The room was perfect, budget priced but such great quality. The bathroom looked new as well and also come with organic shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion! The location couldn't be better, right on 5th av. You could use the pool at another resort or you could borrow towels and head to the beach. Fantastic stay and highly recommend this property!
