Sayab Hostel brings a different proposal inviting you to live the Caribbean vacation you always dreamed of!

Sayab is located in a strategic area of Playa del Carmen. We are 3 minutes walking distance from the Caribbean Sea, 200 meters from the main avenue and the downtown area where you will find supermarkets, shopping malls, nightclubs and a variety of restaurants and bars to visit on Fifth Avenue. Everything is within walking distance!
For your convenience, we are 400 meters from the ADO bus station and 600 meters from the Playa del Carmen ferry terminal. We are close to the mini bus station that will allow you to visit the most beautiful beaches and cenotes of Quintana Roo.

You will feel in the middle of the Caribbean the moment you enter our reception and receive the beautiful energy that transmits our patio surrounded by native plants with the central pool. You will instantly want to relax and dive into the pool while you taste the best drinks from our bar prepared by bartenders that will make you feel at home. If you like nature, sun and being outdoors, Sayab is your place!
The hostel has shared rooms with shared bathrooms with A/C (from 8pm to 8am), as well as private rooms with private bathroom and A/C. We offer lockers for your personal belongings, dining space, shared kitchen and the large central patio where you can relax, have fun, meet people and also enjoy the events we do such as: Live Dj Sets, Live Bands, grill, pizzas and more!
If you want to work, we have 3 Wifi networks throughout the hostel.
We also have a diving school 'GOOD VIBES DIVING' that will take you to know the beautiful Caribbean Sea! Instructors with the best good vibes will be responsible for the excellent experience you can live in the waters of Playa del Carmen.

Cancellation policies:
- up to 24hs prior all check-in: reservation modifications may be made without penalty. Subject to availability and rate changes.
- within 24hs prior to check-in: no modifications or cancellations can be made. In case of modifications or cancellations, the equivalent of one night's accommodation at the current rate will be charged.
- No refunds for cancellations and/or modifications will be made for reservations made from December 26th to January 2nd, or for those reservations corresponding to holidays such as Carnival and Easter (March 31 to April 10)
- No show: The Hostel will charge the equivalent of the entire reservation in cases of stays of 1 (one) night, and the equivalent of 50% of the reservation in longer stays.

Bookings:
- In all reservations, the equivalent of 20% of the reservation will be charged in advance as a deposit. In those reservations made from December 26 to January 2 or on festive dates such as Carnival and Easter (March 31 to April 10), 100% of the stay will be charged in advance.
Payment upon arrival: cash, credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Environmental tax not included in the rates.

Check-in: 15:00hs. Valid physical identification is required, otherwise check-in will not be possible.
Checkout: 12:00hs. In case of late checkout, the hostel will charge the late checkout rate or 100% of the night in the corresponding room.

Important: In case the guest decides to check out after check-in and before the checkout date, or is requested to leave due to non-compliance with the rules, no refund will be made.

Lodging only for adults from 18 to 60 years old.
