This was a pretty good hostel for the price. I only paid £18 (not including breakfast) and it was equal to YHA Whitby I stayed at the previous night which was nearly double the amount. Staff were helpful, the bar area nice and the rooms spacious and comfortable. A couple of negatives were the toilets which could have been cleaner and the shower which was a bit tight for space. The hostel is a little walk from the town centre although I think there are buses running nearby.

It is an amazing place with a very homely atmosphere. You will not feel like in a hostal, and the staff is absolutely kind. The cleanness of the place is very high. Best choice ever
