The hostel and its rooms look super - rustic but modern. Central location and is kept immaculately clean . Helpful reception staff, good kitchen and there is good internet access (wifi as well as a computer). A few issues though - music (with high bass) is played constantly until late at night and due to the building construction is audible in all rooms, the mattress in the double without a bathroom is awful and the bathrooms leak into the kitchen. Loved the hostel dog MiMi.

Definitely the best hostel we stayed at while in South America

Really nice hostel which is comfortable and clean with great location and facilities. Enjoyed it so much, we booked in before and after trekking. Only one thought is that some of the staff don't seem to be too helpful and asking some questions to them was like she couldn't really be bothered looking into it, even though it was advertised on their sign that they can help you with it!

Only stayed one night, but if we ever get back to Puerto Natales, we will definitely stay here again! Great vibe, muy buena onda, & awesome breakfast too!

Very nice hostal, breakfast is fantastic, rooms are very clean and the owner Paulina is super sympathic. You feel like at home. It is very good that you can book your tours directly in the hostal --> super service!!

Nice place at nice location. Staff is helpful, but not overly motivated. However, a nice place with nice people and good kitchen facilities!
