Excelent hostel for an excellent city.

A bit of a trek for showers but loved everything else.

Hostel was very well run in a very organized manner. Felt somewhere in between a youth hostel and a nice hotel, if that's your style. Staff's helpful. They run Sound of Music every night at 2000, which is awesome! One downside is that they have no cooking facility, just a small kitchen with a sink and dishes. Bummer. However, breakfast is a steal! 3.50 euros for a feast :)

Perfect for just one night as the rooms were big and clean with bunk beds that don't shake as someone roles over. The doors were really soundproof but the rooms had no air conditioning.

Don't use the lockers outside the doms if you need to hang around after checking out. Use the luggage store room in the lower ground level.

Everything was great about my stay, however I noticed this sign on the bathroom door that was interesting. It portrayed the two stereotypically male and female bathroom figures but the male one was shown peeking over the line in between them as if he were peeking over the stall at the female character. That seemed a little bizarre like as if intruding on someone's privacy was being portrayed as "acceptable" or "a lighthearted joke". I feel like this sign could make some visitors uncomfortable

I really, really enjoyed my stay here. The directions were clear, the staff were extra friendly, and the breakfast was great for the price! I'll definitely be back, and I would also recommend it to any friend who is going to Salzburg for a trip.

Clean but old room with good sized lockers. Felt safe. Air conditioning in this weather would have been good. Wifi did not reach my room which was disappointing. Good location and map they gave for sightseeing. Downstairs they sell food, which was okay.

Yoho is a decent hostel. No kitchen made it difficult to eat affordable food in Salzburg since food is kind of expensive. Walking distance from pretty much everywhere in the city. Wifi isn't too great. The hostel dinner for 6.50, though affordable, is pretty terrible. Do yourself a favor and find a hostel with a kitchen in Salzburg.

Good hostel, reasonable price and really good location. Wifi didn't reach the dorm on the second floor which was pretty annoying and a lot of the common areas are split up in different rooms. Showers were really clean but not enough so was always having to wait in line. Only one outlet in the dorm (seriously?) and can't really see anything with the personal light. Lockers very secure though.

This hostel was a place for a clean, safe, good night sleep. The location was nice too. The staff members were alright. There was a few that were really helpful and then a few that talked bad about my tour I had booked. I ended up loving my tour. He told me it was too touristy... well i am a tourist and want to see the main attractions. I did love how clean the hostel was. As well as it had a great cheap breakfast. They also played sound of music every night which was fantastic.

Had the worst roommates ever, no concept of being respectful while others are trying to sleep at 6AM. The hostel itself is a good value for money. The staff was very friendly!

This hostel had a great atmosphere, especially for those visiting for the Sound of Music tour! You get exactly what you pay for, rooms basic but clean, bright and with a sink, which was great! Also the lockers for your bags were big and the most secure we´ve experienced. Only two showers and one toilet per floor but this didn´t cause too many problems.

Great hostel! Very clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast is well priced and dinner is good if you just can't be bothered going out! City map was well marked with walking routes and sights to see. Well located between train station and city. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hostel that offers great food, great accommodations, and wonderful staff. Nothing to complain about this place.

The hostel looked pretty modern, and the shower room and the toilet were clean, and they had the personal cabinet operating with the magnetic key card, so the security was good.
