Pretty good hostel. And good for money in Salzburg. Great lockers in and out of rooms. Good cafe (though we didn't use it). Bad kitchen facilities (which would be nice in an expensive city). Pretty solid staff. Hilarious atmosphere during their nightly Sound of Music playing. Overall 3 nights there was good.
Really close to Mirabell gardens, recommend the Salzburg card to buy from them. Great security, lockers in each room big enough for large backpack. Walking distance from main train station. Cosy little bar with great happy hour(s)!
Our stay at Yoho was great! Loved the staff members and the other travelers we met during our stay. Enjoyed how Yoho was a one stop shop to book excursions, meals, and a place to chill. Don't miss out on their happy hour specials! It's one of the most safe and secure hostels we have stayed at with their card key locks for each room and individual lockers. Would definitely stay here again. Their slogan "easy to find, hard to leave," is so true! Many thanks, Yoho!

Great Hostel. Helpful staff, a minute walk from the train station and short walk to every major site. Very safe and very helpful staff!
I stayed in 4-bed dorm. The security is great with key card for room and large size individual lockers. The room is quite tidy and looks newer than presents in the picture. It locates not that far from train station, very convenient. Great value of money!!
Other than only one shower working on the top floor - it is pretty much as described - good location near the station and well connected to the rest of the city. I do not have any further comments tbh.
The staff were very friendly and the hostel had a sociable atmosphere. The location was ideal - a short walk to town. The cheap meals in the evening were good too - saved me from going out in the rain. The rooms could have been a little cleaner.
Yoho was a very nice hostel. The facilities were clean and very nice, the atmosphere was great for meeting people, especially in the little bar in the evenings. The front desk was pretty helpful, and if you need to do laundry anywhere, this is the place to do it. There was plenty to do right nearby that the desk was very helpful with finding. I wish I would've had several more days here between the beauty of Salzburg and Yoho being such a nice hostel.
This is a really lavish hostel. Bunks are sturdy. There was a hallway between my bathroom and bedroom (en suite). Separate toilet and shower. The shared shower room have 6 cubicles lots of mirrors hairdryers. There are lockers in the hallway to store luggage or if you like you can store for free in basement. They have a dinner menu every night. The bar has a happy hour. Decent location and walking distance of both tourist area and train station. I was really impressed with this place.
I really enjoyed this hostel. It's 10 minutes walk from the train station which was perfect but a little further from everything else so you have a bit of a walk back at night if you go out. The rooms are cleaned everyday and you have your own locker. The bed was really comfy and the staff were very helpful
The staff was very helpful and provided very useful travel / transport information. The facilities were well equipped. The atmosphere was excellent.
Nice hostel give lots of good info about Salzburg
Quite close to the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the city center. Wifi was decent and there are two common rooms in case you don't want to watch the sound of music. Seemed like pretty good deals at their restaurant although I never had the food. Showers were clean but sometimes the toilet room got a bit dirty. I would stay here again!
Great place to stay. Even though one of the showers was out of order the bathroom was kept clean at all times. Additional to this staff were helpful and location to train, bus and old Salzburg city was really close like a 5 min walk. Thanks Yoho for a great Salzburg experience.
First hostel I've stayed in. Everything's very old and run down, but kept clean. Great value for money. Rooms were spacious, small lockers for valuables, locks not provided. Close to old town (walking or metro).
The kitchen was unfortunately out of order eg no stove top. It was great how they played the Sound of Music every night though!
Mostly a great hostel. Love that it has a guest kitchen as well as restaurant. The frosted glass doors in the showers are terrible though, they need to replace them or add additional privacy somehow.
