Shouldn't be on Hostleworld if they can't work the reservation system. Turned up and despite calling the day before and confirming the reservation (through a native Chinese speaker), it was shrugged shoulders and 'sorry - the internet was broken so we don't have a room for you'. Really not what was needed after a long trip. Simply can't recommend because they failed at the basics.

The hostel hadn't been able to receive bookings online as they frequently have no power! It seems to be one of the only places in Shangrila that has no power when it rains! I was forced along with two other groups at least to seek other lodging after booking with youjia .. Also it was really hard to find as it is actually signposted as the Family Inn !
