We have our own bus / tram stop called 'Jugendherberge - Youth Hostel' and with tram nr. 2 and 5 (train station) it takes you about 10 minutes to get in the city center. Tickets are available at the reception desk.

By tram No. 2 and 5 (passes also the trainstation) you get down town where all major sights are located. Golden roof, Hofburg, Hofkirche, Folklore Museum, Ferdinandeum, Congress Innsbruck, ...

Swarovski Kristallwelten are in Wattens 12 km from Innsbruck (shuttle bus every 30 minutes from the main train station)

Fine if you just need a place to crash after hiking, not in the city centre though. Not many young travellers either so there’s not much of a social vibe. The ballroom flooded the hallway briefly and only one plug in per room.

You have to pay to use the stove ... that's a first. staff is so kind. everything else is okay. atm outside is a scam dont use it.
