Hostel Marmota is a great choice for both - backpackers travelling around Europe and coming to Innsbruck for sightseeing, sport activities, adrenaline and partying, as well as for tourists coming to Innsbruck by car, no matter if they want to stay a few days, or are just passing by on their way from the north to the south or west to east.

Marmota Hostel is located in a quiet neighborhood in Innsbruck, only 10 minutes by tram from the Railway Station. Only 500 meters from the hostel you’ll find one of the most important Monument of the City – the Schloss Ambras.

Marmota Hostel offers a wide range of services including free WiFi, free luggage storage, and usage of summer terrace. Our guests will be delighted with our ensuite rooms and with their prices. Nice place, clean and very good people. It is not very crowded during the day. Staff is amazing, always available for everything. Rooms are clean and big. +1 point for self service check-in after 23:00.

Easily accessible by tram which stops at the end of the road. Our double room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast is great.

I could not have been happier with my stay, especially thanks to Ola, who kindly put an ice pack in the freezer after I sprained my ankle, and placed a call to the train line to make sure I could get assistance at my conducting station where the elevator was out. She could not have been sweeter! Breakfast was delicious and wonderful, and the private room, was spotless and quiet and comfy.
