Very unprofessional. I arrived around noon to check in and did not get any attention from the staff so I went out for my lunch and got back about 3pm and was told that my booked room was full because they just sold the room. No intention to take any responsibility despite of vacant single rooms. This really tainted the brand of Hostel!

Lovely and very charismatic hostel. Friendly staff en nice and clean rooms. Had a good time here.
