The host Fulvia was excellent and very responsive to our needs! The other guests were so kind and it was a 15 minute walk to old town.

Wonderful host, very clean. I am a solo female traveler and felt very safe. Fulvia shared really useful information about where to eat close by, as I arrived pretty late in the evening. The old town is very reachable by foot as was piazza principe station. My room was on the road side so there was a bit of traffic noise, but the room had a fan so was cool enough with the window closed. Would definitely stay again.
