Our accommodation consists of two self catering, self contained units. Exmouth Country Lodge And Cottage offers BBQ area, Site wide wi-fi access, Waste disposal & recycling, Electric hook-ups - 16 amps, Vegetable preparation area, Drinking water points as well as on-site activities for all ages.

We are Located in the country sounded by trees and fields.
But within 1 mile radius we have: 2 beaches, Exmouth and Sandy Bay., A world heritage site, the entrance to the Jurassic coast line and all the amenities you need.
We also have the exe estuary within 3 miles which is a nature reserve and the town of Exmouth which has all the entertainment and facilities most people require.

Each unit can be booked as a self contained who unit or as individual rooms/beds.
The 1st is the country lodge which sleeps a maximum of 14 people.
comprising of: 1x kitchen/dinning area, 4x bathroom, 2x 6 bed room (adult bunk beds), 1x 2 bed room (adult bunk beds)

The 2nd is the Family Cottage which sleeps a maximum of 16 people.
comprising of: 1x kitchen, 1x dinning area, 2x bathroom, 4x family rooms with 1x king size bed, 1 adult size bunk bed.

Exmouth Country Lodge And Cottage's Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 48 hours before arrival.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival.

Check in from 15:00 to 22:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
