The hostel reception says 24 hrs but no one answered the door bell. I arrived 2 am because my flight was delayed. Although I paid a downpayment, they did not send me the code to enter. I was lucky someone went down for a smoke and contacted the reception for me. I booked a mixed room and got a single room since there were all men that day. The receptionist was kind enough to do that for me because the men were drunk. The sewage was smelly on the shower rooms and handsoap were not refilled.

You guys really have to try harder. The cleanliness was truly bad, especially the kitchen and wash rooms. The kitchens have no utensils for cooking and are filthy. The wash rooms are appalling and not what is expected of a hostel in this day and age. On my last morning there was no toilet tissue in any of the hostel toilets 4th and 5th floor totally unacceptable. Good bits it has an elevator and is in a good if not noisy location. It’s not good value for money as it should be half this price. 😡
