They overcharged me by €10, and when I pointed it out, the girl at the reception started shouting at me, which I thought was rather bizarre. She refused to correct the error she had made and simply pointed at the text on my receipt that said "No refund". She also wouldn't give me the Wifi password the first time I asked... The room itself was good value for money, but it didn't feel like they care about customer satisfaction all that much at this hostal. Can't recommend unless you're in a pinch.

The guy in the reception wasnt polite or was always a little upset. And the heating system was low, for the whole hostal, and they said we can't change it. In summer would be better...

-This is more of a low end motel/hotel than a hostel. They clean your room during the day and provide towels, etc. -Could not close the bathroom door
