At Poblado Guest House you will find in this shared apartment the perfect mix between privacy in your room, and social life in the shared space like the kitchen, main room. Poblado Guest House is located near to the party zone so you can enjoy the night life in Medellin, although we still want this place quite and relaxing for the others guests. There are 2 apartments in the building which are completely independent to make sure that the place keeps at the family size.
This is the perfect place for long term travelers, couple, nomad digital, Spanish or salsa learners who want to spend some time in a peaceful apartment, in addition to being part of the party of Medellin very close to the house! We will always be available to help you in your stay in Medellin, ordering tours or taxi if needed. We have a lot of tips about the city and we are always happy to share them with our guests.

Poblado Guest House is located in a part of Poblado called Manila, it is within 5 minutes walking distance to the metrostation of Poblado, a large supermarket (Exito) and the party zone of Parque Poblado. Parque Lleras is about 15 minutes walking. Manila is a beautiful leafy suburb with many restaurants and boutique cafes. This part of Medellin is very safe; you can definitely walk there by day and by night.

All our rooms are private with orthopedic double bed (140*190). They come with a closet, mirror, towels, The standard room has a shared bathroom between 2 rooms; the others luxe rooms have their own private bathroom, and our rooms superior have something very special.

🔔 Please note that access to the apartments is by stairs only. We do not have an elevator.
If you are carrying heavy luggage or have mobility issues, please let us know in advance so we can assist you.

The room you booked is located within a shared apartment, so you’ll be sharing common areas (living room, kitchen, and dining room) with other guests (between 3 and 6 rooms per apartment).

👉 Unless you booked a private apartment, in which case you’ll have the space entirely to yourself.

😴 We’d also like to remind you that our Guest House is a place of rest:

No parties or visitors are allowed.

Please limit the use of common areas after 10:00 p.m. to respect the rest of other guests and neighbors.

Any form of prostitution is strictly prohibited; we strongly reject all forms of sexual exploitation, especially those involving minors.

The use or possession of illicit drugs is strictly forbidden within the accommodation.

We do not support or tolerate any form of narco-tourism.

Minors are only allowed if staying with a parent or legal guardian.
