B&B La Oliva

Beautiful detached house that belongs to a group of 7 houses built in a rustic area made in a rustic architecture according to their surroundings, bordered by volcanic stone walls and all of them with ample gardens, which ensure the clients a very peaceful area and environment. The property is built in a plot of 1300 square meters, about 300 square meters house and consists of three floors: main floor includes a distributing lobby, dining room with chimney, kitchen and two ensuites, and fully equipped and independent apartment with its own kitchen, living-siting room and bathroom; first floor has the third ensuite with its own 35 square meters terrace with views at the garden and pool, and basement including the siting room with TV area, all rooms with comfortable wood floors. This House is nicely decorated and acclimated to create a comfortable, pleasant and peaceful atmosphere for our guests. Outside there is a private pool with sunbeds and a barbecue area with a big table and chairs for 8 people. Garden area with local, native species of plants and self-laundry.

B&B La Oliva is located in the outskirts of La Olivas ‘town, with medical centre, pharmacy, bars and restaurant at 10 minutes driving form the Beaches of El Cotillo, the Lakes and the wild ones, and 15 minutes driving from the “Grandes Playas” of Corralejo, which is the main touristic place in the North of the island, the gorgeous dunes and natural park protected where all kind of water sports are held, as far as excursions to Isla de Lobos or Lanzarote.

The apartment is located in main floor is a complete apartment including its own kitchen, livin-siting room, bathroom, main bedroom with Wood floor and a queen size bed for 2 people and own closet as well as a private terrace and garden.
