Highly recommend staying here, very helpful and responsive host. The accommodation was great, everything we needed. Great views from the accommodation and the restaurant. Sophann helped us book a bus to our next destination and also provided transport to the waterfalls and lake that we visited. Sophann has a lovely family. Not many shops around, but Sophann was more than happy to cater for us in his restaurant. Decent portion sizes for a very good price!

Had a good stay minus the father of the family who owns and runs it. The wife and kids were warm and welcoming, and the father interacted too - but only really to ask what your plans for the day were or if you were thinking of doing a trek to the jungle, which of course meant he then asked you to book him for any of the above. I know hustling is needed in SE-Asia with tourism, but the fact that I felt more haggled at my accomodation than anywhere else in Banlung made for an uncomfortable last day or two, wh

The family who own and run the hostel are so lovely, very helpful with organising other trips, such as visiting the waterfalls and trekking. The food cooked was delicious, especially the banana pancake! They couldn’t do enough for us. Nice bungalow with comfortable beds, lots of space and good views. He organised the jungle trek for us, and allowed us to keep our bags at the hostel whilst we were gone. Can not thank the family enough for everything.
