Hostel La Española located in the center of Havana is a colonial house from the 1920, offers accommodation with a terrace with a panoramic views of the whole Havana.

We are located just five minutes walking from the Capitol three minutes from the Malecon, ten minutes from the historical center ideal for people who want to know the Havana just walking.

At the guest house has comfortable rooms equipped kitchen with all equipment, with a balcony offering city views, TV, and a private bathroom with shower, safe,cleaning service, an oven and coffee machine are also available. All of our rooms have access to the street.

Probably the best rate you are going to get in Havana for a private room. Other "hostels" in the city are charging more for a bed never mind a private room where you get a comfortable bed, private bathroom, tv and fridge all to yourself. This is definitely more of a hotel for a cheap hostel price. Walking distance to downtown Havana spots. Know your basic Spanish though but that goes for pretty much all of Havana.

Great place, it's in the middle between the all city in the neighborhood called vedado. So regarding location it might not suit everyone.They offer a cheap price, but it does not come at the expense of cleanliness, security, staff professionalism. Madelyn is very helpful and considerate, and made sure that my stay would be good for me. When I was staying they had problems with the internet, so if it's important for you, make sure you're verified before booking.
