Villa Khatun Guesthouse provide cozy cottage-style rooms equipped with modern amenities with a flair of old Goan charm. Located 5 minutes away from Panjim City below the Althinho hill with a backdrop of lush greenery, near the Fontainhas World Heritage site.
Featuring free wifi throughout the property. Villa Khatun is a family run guesthouse. It is located in Panjim 1.2 km from River Cruise.
Every room is fan cooled, and all rooms have a seating area where you can relax. You will find a refrigerator, kettle and water heater in every room. Rooms come with a private bathroom equipped with a shower.
Restaurants, Grocery shop and Chemist start from 2 mins walk from the property.
***Property Policies***
1. Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
2. Check in from 12:00 noon to 23:00.
Check out before 11:00 AM.
3. Payment upon arrival by cash or Gpay or PayTM.
4. Taxes included.
5. No curfew.
6. We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age. As this is an Adults only place hence its not suitable for Infants, toddlers or children.
7. No smoking in the rooms, however we have a designated smoking area in the garden.
8. Outside visitors are not allowed.
9. Pets not allowed (however some rooms we allow depending on the pet. Please inform us before).
