🪴 Welcome to Jaffa House – Your Creative Co-Living Spot by the Sea 🌊
Jaffa House is a vibrant and friendly community nestled just a few steps from the sea and the heart of Old Jaffa. Our space sits somewhere in between a big shared house and a forever for sure home, where its walls tell stories, and its guests leave a little magic behind — sometimes in the form of actual plants, memories or art.

Here you can surf, work, create, play, study or just chill in one of the most exciting neighborhoods in Tel Aviv. We’re just a 3-minute walk from the Flea Market, 1 minute from the light rail, and 4 minutes from the beach. Perfect for students, digital nomads, artists, and curious travelers who want to experience real Israeli vibes from the inside out.

Both of our homes run on a self check-in system, so you’ll have full independence during your stay — but don’t worry, we’re just a WhatsApp away if you need anything.

📍 About Our Spaces
We have three locations:

Two houses are located just meters apart — right by the Flea Market and Jaffa beach.

And we recently added a third one, just few minutes away from Jaffa.
King Hizkiyahu is a cozy maze-like home near Florentin, just 5 minutes from Levinsky Market and 20 minutes walk from the beach.

This third spot has serious soul: multiple entrances, quirky corners, vintage furniture, and loads of art.

We’re based on a quiet street between the lively Jerusalem Boulevard and the buzzing Jaffa Flea Market.
Expect vintage shops by day, trendy bars by night, and mouthwatering street food all around.
