Alexander and Yuri are delighted to welcome you to Villa Carmita Casa Colonial, their beautifully restored colonial home ideally located near the iconic Avenida Paseo and Calle 23 in Vedado, one of Havana’s most charming and vibrant neighborhoods. Just a short stroll away lies the famous Malecon, a lively seaside promenade loved by locals and visitors alike. Surrounding the house, you'll discover a variety of shops, authentic paladares, and lively Cuban pubs, perfect for exploring the local culture. Your hosts are happy to guide you with tips on must-see spots both in Vedado and the historic heart of the city, Habana Vieja. The villa retains its original colonial charm, boasting large, bright interiors, colorful stained glass windows, and a welcoming atmosphere. Guests can enjoy three spacious 15 m² rooms, each with a private bathroom, hot and cold water 24/7, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fan, hairdryer, and minibar. A small extra bed is also available at no charge for one child. To complete your Cuban experience, the house offers delicious breakfasts, homemade dinners, and local cocktails at affordable prices. Cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night of your stay will be charged.
