BED & BREAKFAST SAKURA is a small, privately run B&B near Comasina Metro (M3) in Milan. It offers private rooms for guests aged 18 and over. All rooms use two SHARED bathrooms and toilets; there is no private or en-suite bathroom. Each shared bathroom has one bidet. There are no family rooms, extra beds or cots. Wi-Fi is available.

ARRIVAL: Please give staff your approximate arrival time in advance and provide a way to contact you directly. There is no 24-hour reception or 24-hour self check-in. Without an agreed arrival time, no one may be present to receive you and you may have to wait. Travel agencies and third-party bookers should not book unless they can provide the guest's direct contact details and confirm the arrival time. Check-in is 15:00–00:00; any arrival outside these hours must be agreed with staff in advance. If you do not arrive within the permitted hours and have not agreed an alternative, the booking may be marked as a no-show under the applicable booking terms. Check-out is by 11:00.

BREAKFAST: Not included. Available only when reserved with staff in advance, subject to availability; please do not assume it can be ordered on the morning of arrival. EUR 5 per person per day, paid separately at check-in. Served 08:30–10:30 when arranged. The selection changes with the season and available supplies; confirm details with staff. Laundry service is EUR 5 per wash.

TRANSPORT AND PARKING: We do not offer a regular or guaranteed airport transfer or taxi-booking service. Staff may occasionally be able to help with a taxi in their spare time, especially if a guest is stranded at night or during a citywide transport strike. Any service or discount must be confirmed directly with staff and is never guaranteed. Public street spaces marked with blue lines may be available nearby; follow the roadside signs for hours, rates and restrictions and pay the municipal parking service by meter or authorised app. Spaces cannot be reserved by the B&B. Saba Comasina is a separate nearby car park; check its current rates and availability directly with the operator.

Nearby are restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. This is a personally run B&B, not a full-service hotel.
