With 24 hours of electricity thanks to a generator and solar panels, you can relax and work without interruptions while staying connected through the wifi network, which includes two hours of free daily access.

Guests can enjoy homemade breakfasts, lunches, and dinners featuring the rich flavors of traditional Cuban cuisine, as well as convenient taxi services for airport and terminal pickups. The house offers two rooms and several shared spaces where guests can work or dine, with the option to socialize with the hosts while still enjoying privacy.

One room includes access to the dining and living room, while the room with a terrace features a spacious bedroom, private terrace, and kitchen. Located right in the city center, the property is just steps away from Santiago de Cubas main historical and cultural attractions, as well as nearby bars and restaurants, ensuring everything you need for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Genesis House Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night of your stay will be charged.
