Unfortunately the cost of the accommodation did not match the experience at all. Arrival details were poorly communicated, the staff arrived at 10:30pm when we we were already settling to bed. The staff then proceeded to charge me the full amount of room (€177.00 - totally overpriced) when Hostel World had already taken a deposit of €26.55 & had said online I would be the remaining €150.45. Our bathroom was to be private & it ended up being shared, plus there was no wifi or free breakfast.

I would avoid staying here. The location is incredible being a 2 minute walk to the tower, but it comes with a lot of negatives: -The woman who manages the hotel is basically never there (I had to wait 45 minutes at the entrance just to leave my bags) -The rooms are advertised as having private bathrooms, when they are not -They try to trick you into claiming it is cash only, but they have a card reader -Water in shower loses temperature after about 10 minutes

The room was beautiful and the woman who helped us was very kind. However it was a bit sketchy upon entering… no one was there so we had to make an international call to the number who had to send someone over so we had to wait 20 min just for her to show up and not know what room we were in or have a room even ready for us. So we had to wait even longer. Then we were told they can only accept cash so we ended up paying even more with ATM fees which is really unfair. Better management needed.
