YWCA Parkview Suites Nairobi is fully owned by YWCA of Kenya and is an exclusive unit that offers 47 all ensuite studio rooms. Secure and ample parking space is free for all our residents . The Restaurant is open from 7.00 am - 8.00pm during the week and 9.00-5.00pm on weekends. The city center is a 5-10 minutes from the property and can be seen from some of the rooms. Halls and Conferencing facilities and services are also available and arrangements can also be made for a capacity of between 10 -100 delegates. Our front office desk is managed 24/7 by qualified personnel assuring our guest backup for any inquiry or emergency services.

It is a leisurely 5-10 minutes walk to/from Nairobi Central Business District, Kenya International Convention Center and most offices and banks in the city center. We are located right near where you want to be and on Nyerere Road next to Serena Hotel and the UAE Embassy.

All our rooms are available for short and long term stay and most of the studio rooms face Central Park and have a city skyline view to the Central Business District from Uhuru Highway side. The rooms are spacious, cozy quiet and private and traditionally furnished for your ideal comfort. They are fitted with kitchenettes equipped with basic kitchenware. Laundry services are available on request as well.

Our studio rooms can also be converted into Quadruples dormitories but unfurnished for budget guests willing to share. This are for the hostels rooms with very discounted budget rate.

ALL guests on checking in are required to MAKE PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE AT THE RECEPTION DESK for their accommodation upfront on arrival to get the room key.

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival.

Check in TIMINGS is FLEXIBLE depending on availability.Please contact us is you are arriving very early or very late in the night. Guests are allowed to check in any time if rooms are available . However guests checking in after 10.00 p.m /22.00hrs use a different gate to access YWCA Parkview Suites. The entrance is on Mamlaka Road.

Check out by 10:00 a.m. Guests are allowed late check out only upon availability of rooms. Kindly consult with reception Desk.

WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH(Local/Foreign Currencies) payments. Acceptable modes of payments are as follows:-

1.CREDIT CARDS(VISA/MASTER CARD/JCB/VERVE OR UNION PAY).

ONLINE/VIRTUAL CREDIT CARDS PAYMENTS SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROPERTY SO THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED AS DEPOSIT IS PAID TO HOSTELSWORLD NOT THE PROPERTY.THE PROPERTY ONLY RECEIVES THE BALANCE.

2.MPESA PAYBILL NO.453540 -ACCOUNT NO.GUEST NAME-This can be used on
site or in advance .M-Pesa (M for mobile, pesa is Swahili for money) is a mobile phone-based money transfer operated by Safaricom so one needs the service provider mobile phone registered Sim Card to transact.

3.BANK TRANSFERS(Details to be provided on site only) .The bank is a waking distance from the property and only opens from monday-saturday 9.00a.m-3.00pm

The restaurant in the premises is OPENED from 7.00am-8.00pm mon-friday/10.00a.m-6pm Saturdays and 11.00am -6pm on sundays . There are alternatives of ordering for deliveries from the city center which is a walking distance and we have a shop in the premises with snacks and so many other essentials opened daily from 8.00am-5.00p.m Daily

Airport Transfer can be arranged at an affordable rate of $35(3,500/-) which is directly payable to our contact taxi person as soon as you arrive at the hotel.The hotel does not accept money payment for taxi on behalf of anyone. We only arrange transport with regular known taxi operators.
The maximum period of stay is of 14 nights but there are no restrictions on period of stay. Monthly and long term stays can be arranged by the property directly.
