Typical colonial house structure, the guesthouse is built of wood and volcanic stone with a beautiful view on Rodney Bay.ed surrounded by 2,000 square meters of tropical garden cultivated with mango, papaya, bananas, lime and cherries.
Each apartment has 1 or 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, minibar, fan, mosquito net, private veranda, free wireless, private or shared kitchen, barbeque area, laundry and housekeeper 3 days a week. The superior apartment has a veranda equipped with dining area and sun loungers and offers stunning views of the bay. A cottage houses a laundry room, a relaxation area with a double jacuzzi and an outdoor shower in the garden.
The property is located in the Rodney Bay area, above a hillside overlooking the International Marina and the Gros-Islet Village. The white Caribbean beaches are about a mile away, while the Atlantic ones can be reached by car through the Golf Club, about 5 miles. This location is strongly recommended for those who love quiet and outdoor life, relax on the hammock, prepare a barbeque and have a drink in front of the beautiful sunset offered by the terraces.
