ROOMS VITA offers accommodation in beautiful and comfortable double rooms.

ARRIVAL TIME/CHECK-IN/AUTO-CHECK-IN: The property has a PHYSICAL RECEPTION from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you arrive later than this time, we will send you the ACCESS CODE for your room and entrance (the same code for both) on the day of your arrival, around 12 p.m. Two days before your arrival, you will be sent an email via this means so you can complete your SELF-CHECK-IN. You must complete your self-check-in beforehand to receive the access code. You must come to reception the following day to complete the rest of your registration.
Please, if you have any problems doing so or do not receive it, send us your email and we will send it directly there, as the platforms do not provide us with the guest's personal email. This information is very useful to us. Thank you.
Our reception-bar is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you arrive before this time, please let us know so we can try to have your room ready for you. If this is not possible, we will store your luggage and you can wait in our reception-café if you wish.
Bar is open in the same time only for guests. We offers breakfast (free buffet for 12€/ person) coffees and cakes, drinks and cocktails. In reception we will give you information about Granada, reservations for free walking tours, arabic baths, flamenco shows, and trips around the city. We are looking fordward to meet you!!

Please remember to have your ID or passport (one per person) with you when checking into the hotel, as this is mandatory under Article 3 of Law 17671. We will also require a credit or debit card upon check-in.

CHECK-OUT:
Opening hours: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. If you leave before 8 a.m., please let reception know in advance so we can give you instructions for your departure. You can leave your luggage at reception after your check-out if you wish until 5 p.m. on that day free of charge (subject to reception availability, please ask in advance).

BREAKFAST: Free buffet style, highly rated by customers. Various options, sweet, savoury, fruit and fried eggs with bacon or scrambled eggs. Hours: 8am to 11am. Price: €12 per person per day.
If you decide to add breakfast on arrival you will receive a small discount, check at reception.

TERRACE/ TOP ROOF: Open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

TICKETS FOR THE ALHAMBRA:
If you have not yet purchased your tickets, we recommend that you do so as soon as possible.

*Cancellation Policy: 5 days before the arrival. It is possible cancel the reservation 5 days before of the arrival. During this 5 days before of the arrival the reservation will be non refundable, and it will be charge the total payment.
