Housed in an ancient apartment of the early 1900s with the characteristics vaulted to the right in the central Piazza Mazzini.
A few steps from the Roman Amphitheater, the splendid Piazza Duomo and the famous Piazza Sant'Oronzo, you can easily reach the baroque architectural heart of Piazza Santa Croce.
You can go shopping in the elegant shops of the Corso and visit the baroque beauty of the ancient buildings of the historic center by moving on foot or by bicycle.
Very simple connections with the most important company points, with the Campus Ecotekne University and with the marvelous Lecce marina thanks to the adjacent bus stop and Salentoinbus.

-Check-in from 4.00 pm to 11.00 pm. (we do not check-in after 11.00 pm)
-Check-out by 10:00 am (In order to avoid the penalty)

- SECURITY DEPOSIT
-A security deposit of EUR 30 is required upon arrival. You will have to pay for it by credit card. You should receive your refund within 7 days

FREE SERVICES IN THE STRUCTURE
- free breakfast at the Bar from Monday to Saturday
- On Sundays and holidays when the bar is closed, breakfast will be self-service in the structure
(a ticket for breakfast at the bar will be offered which includes coffee or cappuccino with 1 dessert (croissant, crafen etc.)
• Parking in the courtyard allowed only for mopeds in the video-monitored condominium space.
• for arrivals in the morning it is possible to leave your suitcases in the structure from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm
• Free Wi-Fi in the common area
•Cleaning together with the change of sheets and towels takes place every 2 days from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm (please use the linen correctly, do not step on it, do not remove make-up, do not place suitcases on the beds etc.)

PAYMENT SERVICES IN THE STRUCTURE
- Paid shuttle service from/to airports upon confirmation by contacting the number the cost is €60.00 one way / or return only
• If the guest requires a daily linen change, the service is subject to a fee to be paid at the time of the request:
€10 change of sheets and/or towel set for 1p-2p.
• Inappropriate use of the linen supplied to customers will result in an additional cost for restoring hygienic conditions where possible, otherwise the cost for replacing the item.

- Luggage storage service after check-out with a cost of:
€5.00 all day per piece of luggage, regardless of size or weight
(-confirm the pick-up time with the property
-Payment in cash upon collection)
