Bcn Sants Rooms offers 2 big double bedrooms, super comfortable for 4 people.
Its on 5th floor with beautiful view and elevator / Lift. Wooden floors.
The apartment divided in to two parts one for guest, with kitchen, and two rooms with big double beds, only the bathroom is shared, and there is other part of the apartment for the owner of the property.
The kitchen is fully equipped (Fridge, microwave, oven,..). All newly refurbished, with free WIFI.
only 3 neighbors in our floor, so you will have a very quiet stay!

Cancellation Policy : 3 days advance notice.
Only Cash payment accepted on arrival.
Check out time before 10:00 am.
Check in time after 12:00 noon. Please call us in case of later arrival than expected.
Breakfast not included.
Taxes included.
Smoking and Alcohol is strictly prohibited in House.
The House is in a residential area so please, after 22hrs must be calm.
In case of complaints from neighbors ( i.e. streaming, parties in the night time) may cause the cancellation of reservation.
Please clean your stuff in the kitchen after the use.
