All rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower, while the apartment also comprises a seating area with a fully equipped kitchenette. Laundry service can be arranged at the reception. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Airport shuttle service, customised daily trips and transfers throughout the country can be organised upon request.

Because we are located in the central zone of Ljubljana the main square, the Ljubljana castle, open-air market and the old city town are approx. 5 min walking distance from Viva Rooms.

Reception (check-in) hours:

Check-in is from 15.00 until 20.00. Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in.
Please note that reception closes at 20:00 so it's not possible to check in and collect the keys after this hour. Later arrivals might be exceptionally possible at an additional charge of 20 EUR/hour. However, this must be confirmed by the Front Desk prior to arrival. Please contact us in advance to inquire whether it is possible to collect the keys after 20:00.

Check out before 10:00.

Cancellation policy: free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show, you will be charged for the full amount of your stay.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit card, or debit card. We accept MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.
This property might pre-authorise your credit card up to the full reservation amount for guarantee only.

Taxes not included in the room price: tourist tax of 3,13 EUR per person per night to be paid upon arrival.

One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing beds/cribs. The maximum number of baby cribs permitted in a room is 1.
One child between 3 -11 years is charged an additional 15 EUR when using existing/extra beds.
One child over 12 years and/or an adult is charged an additional 30 EUR when using existing/extra beds.
A maximum number of 1 extra bed is permitted only in the Apartment or Quadruple Bedroom.

Smoking is not allowed.

Guests need to be quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.
