Guesthouse 'Kiki' is a warm and friendly place that welcomes travelers from all over the world. We have a wealth of experience in the in the industry and know what travelers value and need during their stay. Guesthouse is located in one of the central districts of Tbilisi called 'Vake' on the twelfth floor of the building. Flat is fresh, serene and comfortable and has two balconies with beautiful views of the city. It´s a non smoking apartment, but the balconies is the smoking place for guests.

Big yard, kids playing place, football and basketball square back to the building and parking in front of the house.

Guest can relax in our living room; complete with comfy sofas, cable TV or catch up with friend and family over the internet. Free Wi-Fi access throughout the property, street parking is also available.

We have a large updated kitchen, where guests can make themselves a hearty meal or quick snack, and our shop is open 24 hours.

Property 'Kiki' has two types available - 3 beds, 2 beds and can sleep a total of 4- 5 people.
There are two bedrooms, kitchen and one big hall, with two balcony.
The private room types available are: single (double) and triple.
- Single (double) rooms come with a comfortable single (double) bad.
- Triple rooms come with three single beds.
Private rooms are also equipped with Conditioning systems.
Bed sheets and linen are provided and all room comes with security lockers, reading lights and bathrooms with 24 hr hot showers, WC, washing machine, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, gas cooker and dishes, balcony for enjoying yourself
