Warm welcome, i felt right at home with the family vibes. Claudio has all the knowledge of nicaragua and things to do, breakfast was a lovely typical nicaraguan breakfast, and the coffee is amazing. They have a separate coffee and chocolate business in house. I will definitely be coming back on my way out. I arrived late so I couldn’t check any of the restaurants nearby, but is seems pretty close to many food options.

I am surprised by the rating of this place. The host was nice but distracted and I felt I was in her way. The front courtyard was empty with no obvious space to sit or relax, the living room was very dark and smelt a bit, and the back courtyard was dirty and full of junk. Builders turned up to work on the roof right above my room which was loud and also intrusive because they were right outside my window. The towels were very dirty. The bed wasn't made properly. There is better value in Managua.
