Sophie's Guest Rooms is a budget accommodation hotel right along the beach-side near the popular swimming area. It offers amazing sunset views.
If you are looking for a loud party type room, then this will not be the ideal place for you, as Sophie's is on the quieter side of town with only a total of 5 rooms, with shared baths located across from rooms.
However we are around the corner of the lazy lizard, that offers loads of parting and fun in the sun.

Guest required to pay 9% taxes upon arrival.

With ONLY our deluxe room that offers the option of AC for an additional 15US per night this room has more amenities such as a TV provide with Netflix, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, 1 double bed and 1 single bed, a nightstand, lock safe for your personal items eating area with 2 chairs and a table with eating utensils, plate cups etc., a Lav sink 2 fan, storage area for your clothing and daily room service upon request.

ALL ROOMS ARE PROVIDED A HAMOCK AND A LOUNGE CHAIR ON THE VARANDA FOR YOUR USE

Bathrooms are shared located outside upstairs across from rooms with both hot and cold water and kept clean on a daily basis.
Wifi is free to our Guest.

We offer free complimentary coffee in the mornings, and cold drinking water that can be purchase for your convivence, if refilling water bottles.
Guest may use microwave in the office, and onsite grill to cook your catch of the day.
Bathrooms are serviced every day and throughout the day making sure they are maintaining clean always. Rooms are service every day at your request only between the hours of 9:00 and 12:00. Staff is available 5 days per week from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm, or last check-in during high season. During slow season 8:00am to 5:00pm or last check in. Weekends 8:00 am to 12:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm or last check in.
Staff is out to Lunch between the hours of 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM ON WEEKENDS ONLY and during slow season.




Please be reminded that staff will only wait until last boat arrives or flight to the island. If you arrive on the last boat, please be sure to check in as a staff member will only wait until 7:00 PM for you to arrive at the guest rooms.
Please Note:
Full payment is due upon arrival, if you decide to cut your nights short 50% of your remaining booking will be refunded.
Sophie's Guest rooms has a 48-hour cancellation policy before arrival date.
Any rooms booked for minimum of 2 nights will be subject to a 100% charge for cancellation or No show.
Upon check- in any rooms booked for 3 nights or more will be subjected to 100% charge for the first 2 nights and additional nights at 50% charge for cancellation or No show.

Rescheduling:
There is a onetime change fee of 10.00 on any existing reservation.
Refund Policy:
There is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS at Sophie's except due to natural disaster example in the event of a major hurricane, and evacuation need be.
If you are booked for a number of days and would like to cancel the remaining days 48-hour notice must be giving to have 50% of the remaining booking refunded. No exceptions.

Check in from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm or rooms may be available before.
Check out is 10:00 am sharp.
Please note: Checking out after 10:00am is subjected to additional charges.
Sorry NO baggage storage is available after checking out due to limited spacing and new guest checking in.

Payment must be given upon arrival by CASH AND CREDIT CARDS

Taxes not included - occupancy tax 9.00 % per room per night.
