Summary of traveller reviews

Park Hostal in Arequipa offers a fantastic central location, perfect for exploring. Guests frequently praise the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially Sandra, who go above and beyond. The property boasts beautiful colonial-era rooms and a lovely rooftop terrace with great views. While the breakfast is simple, the overall value and welcoming atmosphere make it a highly recommended stay, particularly for solo travellers and couples.

Really comfortable bed and lovely and warm. Location is really great for sightseeing but also a lot of traffic. Its an old building with single glaze windows and thin walls so the noise from the street is very loud. But good breakfast, okay kitchen to use and very friendly couple running the place.

Lovely place to stay, super central (and not noisy)! This is a family owned place and they really care about making sure you have a nice stay, always friendly and willing to help us. The room was clean and lovely, the shower was hot and had really good pressure. Overall I would definitely recommend staying (and I would stay again if I had enough time).

There’s wasn’t anything wrong with the place but it didn’t feel quite right either. The female member of staff was pleasant but the male was grumpy. The bedding was quite ripped and the place was clean other than a few hairs in the bathroom. There was no atmosphere and we didn’t get to talk to any other travellers. The WiFi was terrible upstairs so you can’t do work. The security was good, can’t get in and out yourself as only staff have a key, this was sometimes a bit of a wait getting attentio
