Pingyao Ji Family Courtyard Hotel is a beautifully renovated 400-year-old courtyard, It is a very famous courtyard in Pingyao Ancient City called Ji Family courtyard built in Ming and Qing Dynasty. Ji’s Family open the only flour factory in Pingyao Ancient City named “Jintaisheng” at the end of Qing Dynasty. At that time Ji Family has thriving business. Ji Family courtyard has four courtyard and a tunnel, includes Master's house, Maid's house, Study house,Garden and so on, a total of two thousand square meters. The tunnel is used for stopping sedan-chair.The six pillars Gatehouse is the only one in Pingyao Ancient City. There are a lot of precious brick carving, wood carving, stone carving and famous calligrapher inscription in the courtyard. The main suite is the highest level house in the courtyard, traditional brick cave, warm in winter and cool in summer. They keep well their original appearance and style.
