If the reservation is not cancelled, modified, or a no-show is requested within this time, 25% of the total reservation cost will be charged. (This does not apply to groups.)

Children's Policy:
Children between 0 and 12 months old can stay free of charge with their parents, using the beds included in the room. We offer one crib per room (subject to availability).
Children between 1 and 4 years old can stay for an additional fee of $60,000 COP, which covers breakfast and access to the spa area. If an extra bed is required, the additional person rate will apply, depending on the season.
Children 5 years and older will be charged the additional person rate. We offer one additional bed for children per room (subject to availability).
Meal plan: Breakfast is included in most rates, but not all. Please check your booking confirmation, as this will depend on the rate and the hotel.
Pet Policy: We are a PetFriendly Hotel, and to promote a harmonious environment, we present our general pet accommodation policies. To safeguard the well-being of the pet, its owner, and other guests of the Campanarios Hotel Group, a nightly fee will apply for the stay of a pet. This fee includes detailed cleaning of surfaces, stain disinfection, deodorization, and deep vacuuming of hair and lint. The maximum number of pets per room is two (2).
The cost per pet depends on its weight and size:
