Welcome to Art & Motion Union Residence - a small, non-profit haven where travelers, hikers, riders, and artists come together to explore, create, and connect. Every stay directly supports our mission of fostering movement, creativity, and artistic experiences, with all earnings reinvested back into the non-profit.

🛏️ Shared Mixed Dormitory (4 Beds)

Stay in our cozy dormitory featuring two bunk beds (4 beds total) - perfect for solo adventurers and creative spirits looking to connect with like-minded guests.

The dorm includes:

- Comfortable bunk beds with fresh linens
- Individual lockers with keys for secure storage
- A private balcony with a beautiful view
- A kitchenette for basic cooking needs
- A dining room
- A suitcase storage cupboard

🌿 A Space to Connect & Create

Downstairs, our communal area serves as the heart of the residence. Enjoy the spacious terrace with panoramic views - perfect for socializing, journaling, or enjoying breakfast in the fresh mountain air. Residents also have access to our cozy in-house coffee shop (opening hours may vary).
Adventure and creativity are right at your doorstep.
On site, the legendary Enigma riding bowl offers a sculptural landscape that inspires exploration and artistic expression - not only for skateboarders and BMX riders, but also for musicians, visual artists, and anyone moved by motion.
For nature lovers, the Gratitude Trails wind through the surrounding mountain, offering a living canvas for riding, creating.

🌄 Location & Getting Around

We love our peaceful setting here in Apoikia village - but it’s important to know that we’re located a little remotely. The residence is just a 10-minute drive from the capital, yet our small village has no shops and no public transport. There is only one small lovely tavern in the village, usually open during the summer months.
That said, we are surrounded by stunning nature. Numerous hiking trails pass directly through the village, offering plenty to explore even if you don’t have a car. The beach is about an hour’s walk away, and taxis are available when needed. We can also occasionally provide lifts, depending on availability.
For greater flexibility, we recommend renting a scooter or car, which you can easily arrange in the port areas upon arrival, unless it's high season in which case you must reserve in advance. The island is large and full of beautiful places to discover - having a vehicle makes it much easier to explore everything it has to offer.

We are an hours drive from the port of Gavrio.
