YouCo coliving Dubai - Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 14 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged 50% of your stay.

Check- in: after 15:00
Check- out: before 12:00
Early check-in and late check out are subject to availability and additional fee might be applicable.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards.
This property will take prepayment from your card after booking.
Please send us your CVV code with your booking reference in order to guarantee the reservation; Failed to send your CVV code within 24 hours after booking online, your booking will be cancelled directly.

Taxes not included – extra 5.00 % Room per night.
Breakfast not included.

General:
Reception works from 9am till 9pm.

Security Deposit Policy
We will ask for security deposit before check-in (only 1000 AED by cash, and it’s refundable).

Documents
All Guests are requested to provide the government approved valid passport and visa for foreign nationals or EID during check-in.

Please be informed pool will be closed for reconstruction on June 1, 2025-July 15, 2025.
