3. Check-out is on or before 12:00 noon.
4. Early check-in is subject to availability with a minimal early check-in fee.
5. Payment upon arrival. CASH basis only.
6. 24-hour front desk.
7. No curfew.
8. Please present 2 valid ID's upon check-in.
9. Non-smoking room but with designated smoking area.
10. Pets are not allowed.
11. There is a security deposit which is fully refundable upon check out once they key/towel are returned and no damages were made.
