-Deposit: 15% from the total of the reservation will be charge upon booking and this amount is non-refundable.
-Balance: An outstanding balance will be charged 3 days before arrival.
2. Cancellation policy: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
3.Check-in time: Standard check-in time is 15.00 hrs., If you arrive earlier, you’re welcome to store your luggage at the front desk.
4.Check-out time: Standard check-out time is 12.00 hrs., late check-out request is subject to room available and additional cost may apply.
5. Child policy: One child under 12 years old stays free with parents (sharing bed, no extra bedding provided).
6. Age Restriction: The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old.
7. Reception hours: 08.00 hrs. – 18.00 hrs., In case of late check-in please informed in advance.
