Surf Lisbon - House & School Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy:
For a full refund (except a 10% administration fee), the cancellation must be made 48 hours after the reservation and at least 14 full days before 3 pm of the day of check-in.
For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made within 14 days to 7 days before the day of check-in.
If the guest cancels 7 days before the day of check-in or decides to leave shortly after check-in, there is no refund and the remaining nights are non-refundable.

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Late Check In fee of 30€ after 8pm)
Check-out before 11:00 AM

Payment must be made 7 days before arrival by credit / debit cards, Revolut, PayPal or Bank Transfer
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.

General:
Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in the room rate, and it is available for an additional fee of 10 EUR per person per day. Please inform us until 5pm of the day before that you want to have breakfast the next morning.
Breakfast from 8.30am to 10am.

There is no curfew in place, allowing you the flexibility to come and go as you please during your stay.

We provide transfer services from the airport to the Surf House and from the Surf House to the airport. This service has a cost of 35€ each way, any time / any day (maximum of 4 people (for more passengers, please send us an email for a different quote).
Our partner, who provides the transfer service, will be at the arrivals waiting for you. It´s only a short 15 – 20 minute drive from Lisbon International Airport to the Surf House.

Children allowed as long as with their parents.

Smoking is allowed both in the front and back garden.
