BED BUGS – DO NOT BOOK HERE! We found a BED BUG in our bed and left. We asked to speak to the manager but weren’t given the opportunity. Instead, we were told we had to leave because new guests were arriving, despite us having just reported a bedbug in the room. The hostel was also incredibly grimy, with serious visible mould in the bathrooms, street/apartment doors left unlocked and no toilet paper. One of the worst hostels we’ve stayed in.

“Horror Hostel” Stayed for 3 nights so I’ll just make a list: NO hot water, had to take cold showers all 3 days; NO working keys & NO employees at reception, so I was locked out one night and had to buy a hotel for the night. Dirty & NOT enough plugins for a room with 8 beds ( only 3 ! ). BROKEN stairs for bunk beds! The owner is NEVER there! When confronted over the phone for a refund, he simply said:” NOT MY PROBLEM! Talk to the apps!” Lost money & time. this is my ~20th hostel.
