Salman Zwaidh Camp

Salman Zwaidh Camp is a small and peaceful camp located inside the protected Area of Wadi Rum, 9 km from the Visitors Center.

Our camp offers you a simple and diverse experience of the Bedouin lifestyle. We offer shared and private tents (single, double, family and group), with a private toilet and shower. Our traditional tents are comfortably adapted for the perfect combination of the simple Bedouin style and your pleasant stay. Each tent is equipped with a giant panorama window which gives a spectacular view of the desert.

We serve both breakfast and dinner made according to our local cultural habits. If you are a vegan, vegetarian, or have any other special diet/food restrictions, we will have an adapted meal for you.

After dinner guests and staff gather around the fireplace relaxing, drinking sweet Arabic tea and stargazing. Arranged with mattresses and carpets, it is a good place to chill out, read a book or converse with other guests while enjoying the shade and the good Wadi Rum, particularly the cool desert breeze.

Activity-wise we can arrange Jeep tours, desert walks and camel rides, so you get to see what the desert has to offer.

We provide free shuttle service to the camp. We will be there upon your arrival.
