Hostel New York is a youth hostel (not a hotel) located in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter, 5 minutes’ walk from Las Ramblas.
500 metres from Jaume I and Drassanes Metro Stations

It offers free continental breakfast, 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi.

Sheets can be rented for an extra fee, at reception. The hostel’s simple rooms feature modest décor, bunk beds and individual lockers.

All rooms with shared bathroom.

There is a kitchen for guest use (in the evenings) and a TV lounge with vending machines selling drinks and snacks.

There are also 2 computers. And lift to acces floors.

New York is ideally located for visiting many of Barcelona’s sights by foot. Ciutadella Park is a 10-minute walk, and Barceloneta Beach in 15 minutes’ walk.
The ferry port Bus is 10 minute walk from the hostel and bus to the airport from Plaza Catalunya Square 15 minutes’ walk.


Breakfast is provided from 8:30am to 10:30am. The kitchen can also be used to make dinner from 6pm to 10pm.

We are open 24H and have not curfew or lockout periods. Checkout is at a convenient time of 11am
