Vara Motel, self check in guest house offers low cost clean and comfortable accommodation. Self Check ONLY in by sending a photo of ID documents in advance by email or whatsapp .All rooms have a private bathroom , high speed WIFI, mini fridge , a flat-screen TV. Some offer a large private balcony area.

At Vara Motel all rooms come with a desk and a flat-screen TV.

Private parking with video surveillance and 5 minute walking distance a direct bus to La Spezia central station (30 mins).

A good location to get to the Cinque Terre by public transport or car. Close to the sandy beaches of Lerici, also great to explore Pisa and Lucca.

The hotel is 3km from the A12/A15 La Spezia autostrada exit and 1km from the Ceparana/Albiano exit (tele pass only).

Cancellation Policy: 14 days before arrival.

Payment will be taken from the card you have registered on Hostelworld 14 days before arrival when the free cancellation period ends .

Your booking will be cancelled if there are insufficient funds available .

Legally to self check in we will need a photo of all Guests ID sent to us by email or by phone ideally 2 or 3 days before the check in date please include the word VARA .

The main booker must provide a phone number in order to book at our property

To comply with Italian law photo of Valid ID for all guests must be sent by email , phone of whatsapp

Guests booking Double / Twin room with balcony must specify which room type is preferred in advance by email
Please include the name the room is booked under or reference number , date of stay and the word VARA .
Eg 1x Double or 2 Single . It may not be possible to choose for bookings made on the same day as arrival date

Please send 2 days before arrival stating date of stay , name and include the name VARA MOTEL in message.
