The House in the Longevity Valley

The property was built as a private house with all the best materials and attention to every detail. For that reason, it is a first class house. It is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay in a place where rain is not a constant factor. The climate in the area is similar to Vilcabamba with the benefit of being in a dry place; and therefore, moisture is not present.

Vilcabamba river is very close to the property. Santorum is located 30 minutes far from Barrio Quinara where tourist activities can be performed. People are very friendly and restrained . They are always ready to help neighbour and it creates an atmosphere of cordiality and collaboration. There is always a helping hand for any situation.

All rooms are spacious (around 20 and 40 square meters long All of them include wardrobes, private bathrooms and clothes rack. They have amazing views to the pool, garden or the mountains.
