Cancellation Policy:
- Flexible rates: Cancellation/Modification: Full refund if notified by mail 24 hours in advance of your arrival date. Canceling the reservation after 24 hours prior to arrival (local hotel time), or failing to show, will result in a charge the first night of the stay made to your credit card.
- Non-Refundable rates: Cannot be changed, are prepaid and non-refundable Failing to show on the first night will result on the cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

Payment policy:
- Flexible rate: Payment 24 hours before arrival on credit card provided. Failing to charge the total amount to the credit card provided will result on the cancelation of the reservation.
- Non refundable rate: payment at the time of reservation. Failing to charge the total amount to the credit card provided will result on the cancelation of the reservation.
