Cancellation Policy:

The amount of the penalty in case of cancellation before arrival:
- Between 10 and 3 days: 50%
- Within 72 hours or in case of non-cancellation: 100%
- If the cancellation occurs 10 days before arrival, the full amount paid will be automatically refunded.

Refunds are automatic in cases of force majeure. Typical cases of force majeure are natural disasters (earthquake, fire, epidemic, drought, frost damage, flood, wind storm, lightning, etc.), as well as certain political and social events (e.g. war, revolution, uprising, sabotage).

For a guaranteed reservation, payment of the full amount is required after the reservation. Payment is possible with an EC/MC bank card on a secure online payment interface. If you want to pay the amount of the reservation with a SZÉP card, please contact us.
