DaTerra Vilaverde hostel is the door to discover the uniqueness of Timor-Leste.

Situated in the centre of Dili, we offer a big garden in a peaceful nature surrounded environment. Walk distances to the port that takes you to Ataúro island, to the museum of resistance, and access to small city buses that can take you everywhere in Dili.

We provide all meals at our restaurant, giving you a taste of the local produce some of them grown in our own farm.
Our friendly staff will provide all the information you need to take the best of your travel experience in Timor-Leste.

Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 13:00 to 23:00.
Check out before 12:00 noon.

One of the best hostels we've ever stayed in. A lovely, cosy, clean, and friendly place that has everything you need. The room had air conditioning and a wardrobe; a shared fridge was available. There’s a laundry service, excellent breakfasts, and the option to buy a delicious dinner, drinks, and other local products. The garden is full of plants and wildlife and offers a great space to relax. Showers had hot water. A special thanks to the helpful staff – even though they don’t speak English, they were warm

Tucked from the main road with no sign leading to it. No hot water in the bathroom. I find it difficult to walk on pebble-paved ground. Staff accidentally cleaned my bed when I still have one more night to stay. They were helpful in giving directions, though. And the dog and cat were just as friendly as the staff, though they were more unwilling to part with me.
